The Hyatt Regency is in the heart of the vibrant Reston Town Center. We strongly recommend that you fly into Dulles International Airport (IAD), which is the closest airport, located 15-minutes from the hotel. The Reston Town Center offers shopping and dining options and was selected as a walkable venue for STAM 2025, featuring more than 50 high-end retailers, 35 restaurants, and a multiscreen cinema. The Hyatt Regency offers guestrooms with residential home-away-from-home comforts, including a workstation, a 55” flat panel Smart TV and panoramic views overlooking the Reston Town Center. The hotel offers access to free high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi) in public areas and has a business center equipped with computers, printers, and other necessities.

Parking

The STAM attendees will be offered a 25% discount on overnight and daily self-parking at the Hyatt Regency Reston. The discounted rates are $13.50 for overnight parking and $15.00 for daily parking. Parking is located in the self-parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Valet parking is not available.

Dining at the Hyatt Regency Reston

• The Capital Burger restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and offers a Happy Hour from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. during the week.

Room service is available between 6:30 a.m. and 12:00 midnight daily.
